Cliff McElroy: Owner
Cliff McElroy is the President of Datec Inc, a systems integrator and value added reseller located in the Pacific Northwest. Datec provides data center solutions, LAN, WAN and VPN, application optimization, global availability, data center power, backup recovery, IT Cost Visibility, storage, security, compliance and wireless applications.
Cliff is originally from Kentucky where he attended the University of Kentucky and is an avid college basketball fan, enjoying pick-up games in the local area when he’s not attending his daughters soccer games. Datec is a suite season ticket holder for the MLS Seattle Sounders.
Lane Smith: Owner & CEO
Lane Smith is a Tacoma native employed as a sales executive with the Hewlett Packard company as well as a local real estate investor. Lane has been the lease holder of the Tacoma Soccer Center for the past six years and recently transitioned the soccer operations to a non-profit entity. Lane sees a great opportunity for collaboration of the youth and adult players at the Tacoma Soccer Center and the Sounders Women and Tacoma Tide. Lane is a life long recreational soccer player and a executive board member of the Boys & Girls clubs.

Jon Billings: Executive Director
Jon is a graduate of Gonzaga University. While at GU, he played soccer and basketball. Following school and a short stint in professional basketball in Europe, Billings began a career in sports broadcast and administration.
Jon is responsible for financial and business operations, sales and marketing, sponsorship, and administration of the Seattle Sounders Women and Sounders FC U-23.
He serves as a Sounders Women and U-23 representative on all USL matters and USL Annual General Meetings in Tampa, Florida. He will also continue as the club’s Director of Communications and Play by Play Broadcaster for radio and video.
Billings has managed various roles for the Seattle Sounders Women & Sounders U-23 (Tacoma Tide), including Director of Communications, since 2006. In addition to team roles, Jon free-lance broadcasts for TV and Radio. He announces on Fox Soccer Channel as well as locally on various networks. Jon also calls various matches for the Sounders FC on SoundersFC.com.

Lesle Gallimore: Technical Director
Lesle has been a staple in the northwest soccer community for close to two decades. As head coach of the University of Washington women’s soccer team, she has built a program that has been to the NCAA tournament 12 times under her tenure. Most notably, she guided her 2010 squad to a trip to the Elite 8, as well as an appearance this past season in 2012. Countless players of hers have gone on to successful playing careers, including the likes of U.S. National Team star Hope Solo.
Holding a USSF ‘A’ coaching license, Lesle has experience coaching at the senior and youth national team levels, as well as in the west region Olympic Development Program (ODP). A 1986 graduate of the University of California, Lesle was a 4-time All-American during her playing career, and was inducted into her school’s hall of fame in 1995. As Technical Director for the Seattle Sounders Women, Lesle’s duties include the identification and recruiting of top-level players, as well as overseeing the development of all current players, and community relations.
Corey Sinser: Dir. Game Day Operations & Group Ticket Sales
Corey is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University, where he majored in Foreign Language and Political Science, and was a four year letterman for the men’s soccer team. Having also played locally for Crossfire Premier, he has many ties to the Seattle soccer community. Corey has been involved with the Sounders for a number of years. He currently serves as a member of the men’s team operations staff, as well as a coach in the club’s youth development program.
Corey’s duties with the Sounders Women team include Group Ticket Sales, Game-Day Operations, and other day to day functions. In his spare time, Corey enjoys reading, hiking, talking politics, and playing soccer.

Teddy Mitalas: Director of Community Relations
Teddy is a staple of the Puget Sound soccer community. Including a professional playing career in Greece and the United States, Teddy has been around the game for as long as he can remember. He now coaches the game on the high school and premier club level while also directing soccer operations at Starfire Sports.
Teddy has received many accolades over the years including being inducted into the WSSA Hall of Fame in 2008, WSYSA President’s Award in 2009, and in 2010 was awarded the Golden Scarf Award by the Sounders FC organization.
Teddy brings years of experience as GM and Head Coach of the Sounders Women back to the club in his new role as Director of Community Relations. He will over-see the club’s involvement in the community with various non-profits, clubs, schools, and more.
Katie Pendleton: Community Events Coordinator
Katie is a Bozeman, MT native who settled in Seattle in 2001. She grew up playing both club and high school soccer in Montana. She has also volunteered her time as both a youth soccer coach and referee.
Katie's passion stems from the non-profit world coordinating events and fundraisers for organizations such as Bellevue Arts Museum, Gorilla Football Collective, and the James Riley 7-A-Side Youth Soccer Tournament. She has sat on the board for America SCORES Seattle as well as serving on the Seattle Sounders FC Alliance Council. Katie currently works for Dick's Brewing Company in Centralia, WA handling sales and marketing in the Seattle area and is the Events Director for Steve Zakuani's Kingdom Hope.

Allison Isham: Athletic Trainer
Allison Isham graduated from Hope College in Holland, MI in May 2012. She worked a summer internship with Barwis Methods as a strength and conditioning coach for elite high school to professional athletes (NHL and olympic). Allison is currently employed with MVP Physical therapy as head athletic trainer for Fife High School.
Shireen Mansoori: Physical Therapist
Shireen Mansoori completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington School of Medicine in June 2012. She is currently employed at MVP Physical Therapy and Sports Performance Center. As a former walk-on NCAA athlete to the Husky Women’s Basketball 2003-2004 Team, Shireen has developed a strong passion for orthopedic rehabilitation, gait analysis, and return-to-sport training. She has experience treating both professional and collegiate athletes with complex orthopedic conditions, and has a particular interest in incorporating injury prevention techniques post ACL reconstruction.
Aside from her clinical practice, Shireen is the Sounders Women Team Physical Therapist. In addition, she assists with the team’s strength and conditioning, as well as the on-field management of acute care injuries.
Lance Larson: Director of Security
Lance Larson is a Federal Way native who has over 26 years of combined experience in Law Enforcement, Hazardous Materials, Emergency Response and Safety & Security Management.
Lance manages all Safety and Security details for the Sounders FC U23 and the Sounders Women; providing safety and security for the staff, participants, officials and spectators.
Among his previous positions within soccer industry Lance served as a Vice President of Competition, Board member, Coach and Consultant.
Jane Gershovich: Photographer
Jane is a northwest native from Seattle, Washington. She graduated from Western Washington University in 2009 ( Yea Bham!) and has focused on her photography since. She is a professional sports photographer who primarily shoots the Seattle Sounders and Seahawks. She also specializes in travel, weddings, sports, portraits and event photography.
Jane began getting serious about photography her senior year of high school, realizing her passion for the arts could translate into her photography. Since then she has committed herself to expanding her photography knowledge and has fallen in love with the process of capturing life’s inspirations.
